Project Managment RMRatlanta provides field management and coordination for multi-location projects. Simply put, you are relieved of the time consuming task of finding availability, shipping materials, progress reports, group food arrangements, video, and all the other details needed for successful project completion. Project Set Up begins with field availability and developing budgets for single locations as well as multi-site locations for focus groups, in -store projects and mall intercepts. Once the project is approved and field dates are established each market is booked and materials shipped Field Supervision RMR tracks progress and coordinates reports with each market. You only need to become involved if a change in the specifications is needed to avoid a delay in the project or there is some impact on your budget. Audits Availability to travel to locations to insure your research is being conducted as outlined in your project specifications. The quality check will also include the assurance the research is conducted by standard industry practices. Briefing Detailed briefings conducted from your materials at any location nationally. This includes thoroughly covering all materials with all interviewing and supervisory staff. The briefing session includes practice questionnaires. Once interviewing starts, two or more questionnaires per interviewer are checked to insure a clear understanding of the survey instrument and the process.
